日本公司首長的頭銜非常難以轉換成中文的用法

以下的頭銜，如果一個人只有一種還好，要是一個人同時是代表取締役、又是取締役會長、代表取締役社長的話，就真令人煩惱了！

 ・ 取締役a director----＞董事、經理

 ・ 代表取締役the representative director----＞代表董事
 
 ・ 専務取締役a senior managing director----＞高級（資深）經理
 
 ・ 常務取締役a managing [an executive] director----＞管理董事
 
 ・ 取締役会長｜the chairman of the board of directors----＞董事會主席

 ・ 会長｜the chairman (of the board of directors)----＞董事長、總裁、主席

 ・ 社長｜the president(▼実権を握るトップとしては「代表取締役」の肩書きを使う))----＞董事長、總裁

 ・ 取締役社長｜a president-director----＞董事長

 ・ 最高経営責任者｜the chief executive officer((略CEO）

《管理職》

係長｜a subsection chief

課長｜the head of a section; a section head [manager]

課長補佐｜an assistant section manager

中間管理職｜a middle(-level) manager; 〔総称〕the middle management

部長｜the general manager

＊聽說有些是英式用法，有的是美式，加上日本的公司法又特別不一樣，所以才有這麼多難以翻譯的問題．應該還是要考量公司的結構來決定頭銜用法吧？
